We start this tour in either George/Wilderness, Knysna or Prince Albert and end at the starting point. The passes we cross will be Montagu, Meiringspoort and Swarberg Pass.

We will have a lovely lunch stop at a popular roadside pizza place on route. 

These passes are famous for their beautiful views and amazing gravel to ride.

Non riders are welcome to come along for a sightseeing trip.

Moderate ride - Flexible distances

Another famous road built by Thomas Bains in the 1800's and a favourite for us to cycle.  

The road takes us over seven passes crossing several small rivers. You will pass through indigenous forest areas and views of the Outiniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean. 

​The ride can be done in sections or the whole route one way. Scencic drives for non riders are also available.

Dinstane 75km - flexible distances

For this tour we act as your support vehicle with a bike trailer. The route starts in either Plettenberg Bay or Knysna and ends in Stellenbosch.

Distance - flexible depending on the section you would like to ride. 

If you prefer only the fun of downhill riding then this tour is for you. We take you to the top of the Swartberg Pass and you cycle back to Prince Albert. Apart from the thrill, the views are spectacular and this is the best way to experience the Swartberg Mountain. 19km's of downhill with only 1 km of uphill cycling.

Distance 19km - Any fitness levels welcome

You can cycle from Prince Albert up the Swartberg Pass with complete back-up all the way. It is a gentle 14km climb before we reach the turnoff to "die Hel", then 45 km of up and down to our lunch spot at the small restaurant. This tour is recommended for the reasonably fit cyclist. It is gravel road all the way with water points along the way.

You can also choose only to do the road into the kloof and not the climb up the Swartberg.

Distance - 45 or 64km.. Moderate to strong riders.

We specialise in small groups between two and six cyclists with full vehicle & bike trailer back-up for any tour you may want to cycle anywhere in South Africa.
